About Us

A team of music graduates, we started Musication in 2012 in Toronto and over the years expanded our service. Musication is an educational institute that provides music lessons in most of the Canadian major cities. We work with professional experienced music instructors with diverse musical interests and cultural backgrounds. We work together to provide students with a unique experience in their musical journey.

Adapting the music lessons, we believe in the uniqueness of each student. Our instructors tailor their lesson plans and customize each student’s curriculum to accommodate different personal tastes and areas of interest. We believe each student is unique and requires a personalized curriculum to have the best chance of success.

We believe music matters because it empowers everyone to reach personal growth and self-improvement. Through multicultural music education we provide all students with the opportunity not only to know their own culture better, but also create an appreciation of cultural diversity in the society.

Do I need to sign contract?

No. You do not need to sign any contract. Our service does not require any contract and registration fees.
If you decide to stop your lesson, We will refund all your unused payments.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel a lesson, you will require to provide at least 24 hours prior notice directly to your teacher or to Musication.
Same day cancellations and missed lessons without providing notification will be charged.

How does payment happen?

We charge you in monthly billing cycles. You will not be charged before first lesson. The payment will happen when we make sure you are satisfied with your instructor and lesson plan.

How can I make a payment?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.
You can pay your bills online and through Musication website. Also, you can set up an auto-payment. You will receive a 72 hours prior notification before your auto-payment transaction be completed.
